The institute for Biomedical Engineering at the University and ETH Zurich has currently three MR scanner, sited in the MR Center of the University hospital Zurich and one located at the ETF building of the ETH. The main part of the time is used for research (our group, different Institutes from the University Hospital, and Institutes from the University and ETH) partly also for regular clinical MRI (1.5T and 3T USZ).
The following four system are installed:
Philips Achieva 1.5T Dual Quasar Gradients (slewrate 180 mT/m/ms, maximal gradient strength 33 mT/m), 32 RF channels, fMRI-presentation hardware |
